We need to talk about sex
Dear concerned thinkers,
personally, I believe that despite all of the information that is out there, and all the existing talk about sex, there is still a lot to be unearthed to help us relax about this (potentially) wonderful part of our lives – and also to get away from everything about sex that makes us sick.
My main work are the easy town books and unwittingly talking about sex and related issues slipped into the second book of that series and will remain a feature in the following books.
When I set up this website in 2022, I pictured it to become a place where all the points made in the stories and anything else could be picked up, discussed, explored.
I still see this happening, but being just about to return to my work after dealing with the consequences of overwork, I have decided to put this website on ice for a while – unless funds and people approach me and say: ‘Let’s talk about sex.’

Book 3 & 4 are still a bit low on the subject. Though I love the bits about non-binary and transpeople in book 3/1, the bits about assumptions in book 3/3, and book 4/2 will see some serious digging into that big question of whether, when, why and how to have a relationship. I can also recommend the dot.book which must count as the most diverse story ever and while it’s not explicitly about sex, it has quite a bit to offer on that account. You can find a lot about dot. a potential clothing company with an empowering business model on the dot.website.
On a personal note, there is also a book in planning on my brush with cancer and my double mastectomy. A website for this book and hopefully for the beginnings of a project is already online and will give a peek into my experiences, and hopefully offer quite a bit on help for cancer patients, gender and sex. And finally, so far, there is an unlikely and unexpected contributor: the end of all wars, and while it is about the end of military wars, it has some powerful things to say about relationships and sexuality. Also interesting is that the end of all wars, planet one, the roots of war, is a story without gendered people. I can tell you this, writing the story like this was an interesting experience.
